The Report of the Committee on Standing Orders of Parliament was presented by the Hon. Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana, the Chair of the Committee.

Sectoral Oversight Committees
That notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order 111 of the Parliament and the resolution adopted by Parliament on 08th November 2022, each Sectoral Oversight Committee shall consist of twelve (12) Members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection to serve, as per the decision taken on 11th November 2022, by the Committee of Selection.
