The Minister of Local Government and Provincial Councils moved the following Bills:-
1. "Local Authorities Elections (Amendment)"
to amend the Local Authorities Elections Ordinance.
2. “Local Authorities (Special Provisions)"
to amend the Municipal Councils Ordinance, the Urban Councils Ordinance and the Pradeshiya Shabhas Act, No.15 of 1987.
