Presentation of Papers
(i) The Regulations made by the Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade under Section 20 read with Subsection 3 of Section 4 and Section 14 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No. 1 of 1969 as amended by Acts, No. 48 of 1985 and No. 28 of 1987, published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1999/47 of 30th December 2016
(ii) The Order made by the Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade under Section 3 (4) of the Strategic Development Project Act, No. 14 of 2008 relating to the exemptions to be granted in respect of the proposed project and published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1993/34 of 18th November 2016

Votes of Condolences
Vote of Condolence on the late Hon. M.H. Mohamed, the former Speaker of Parliament and ex-Member of Parliament, was taken up and completed.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1445 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Tuesday 7th February 2017.
