Hon. Shehan Semasinghe,— To ask the Minister of Public Administration & Management and Law & Order,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the annual staff transfer policy of the Sri Lanka Police;
(ii) separately of the number and the names of Police OICs that received transfers from July to October, 2017 together with reasons for their transfers;
(iii) whether the aforesaid transfers are in violation of Circular 2017/01 of the National Police Commission;
(iv) if so, of the requirement that resulted in making the aforesaid transfers?
(b) If not, why?
