Hon. (Dr.) Bandula Gunawardana,— To ask the Minister of Fisheries & Aquatic Resources Development and Rural Economic Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he will admit that the only proposal on poultry industry in the 2016 budget was presented as per proposal No. 155;
(ii) the progress of the said proposal for the year 2016; and
(iii) separately in respect of each year from 1977 to 2016, the quantity of chicken exported from Sri Lanka and imported to Sri Lanka and their value?
(b) If not, why?
