Hon. Douglas Devananda,—To ask the Minister of Hill Country New Villages, Infrastructure and Community Development,—
(a) Is he aware that —

(ii) the National Building Research Organization has instructed the management of the estate in June 2014 that the houses of the aforesaid people should be removed from that place;

(iv) 21 families have been living in the Iluppuwatta division of the Delkith estate in Agalawatta for the last 2 years , in which a similar landslide risk is prevalent?
(b) Will he inform this House —

(ii) if so , the current progress of it?
