Hon. Thushara Indunil Amarasena,—To ask the Minister of Power and Renewable Energy,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that National Energy Policy of Sri Lanka is outdated;
(ii) whether he admits that a National Energy Policy which caters Sri Lanka’s current and future expectations and; and
(iii) if so, the date when the new National Energy Policy will be presented to the Parliament?
(b) If not, why?
