Hon. Udaya Prabhath Gammanpila,—To ask the Minister of Finance and Mass Media,—

(a) Will he inform this House —

(i) the 05 ministries that have used the highest percentage of the funds allocated for capital expenditure;

(ii) the 05 ministries that have used the lowest percentage of the funds allocated for capital expenditure;

(iii) the 05 ministries that have used the highest percentage of the funds allocated for recurrent expenditure;

(iv) the 05 ministries that have used the lowest percentage of the funds allocated for recurrent expenditure;

(v) the 05 ministries that have used highest percentage of allocated funds; and

(vi) the 05 ministries that have used lowest percentage of allocated funds?

in the year of 2016?

(b) If not, why ?
