Hon. Dullas Alahapperuma,—To ask the Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of kilometers of roads that come under the purview of the Southern Provincial Road Development Authority, in respect of each district separately;
(ii) that length, according to the gradings of the Provincial Road Development Authority, separately;
(iii) the number of kilometers of roads in the Matara district that come under the Southern Provincial Road Development Authority that were carpeted in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, separately;
(iv) the sources that provide funds for the development and maintenance of roads coming under the purview of the Southern Provincial Council; and
(v) the amount of money spent for the development of the provincial roads in the Matara district under the above sources in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 in relation to each source, separately?
(b) If not, why?
