Hon. Noordeen Mashoor,— To ask the Minister of Justice,—
(a) Will he state —
(i) the number of Qua-si judges who has been appointed by 31st October 1990, under the Qua-si Judiciary (Validation of Appointments) Act No. 11 of 1965 to implement the Muslim Marriage and Divorce Act in the administrative district of Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Malativu, Vavuniya and Mannar of the Northern Province ; and
(ii) their names and addresses ?
(b) Will he state—
(i) the number of Qua-si judicial zones or areas that had been established in those districts by the said date ; and
(ii) their names ;
on district basis?
(c) If not, why?
