Hon. Sunil Handunnetti,— To ask the Minister of Prison Reforms, Rehabilitation, Resettlement and Hindu Religious Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether housing loans were granted to public officers who were resettled in Welioya area in Sapumaltenna;
(ii) if so, as to why arrangements were not made to grant housing loans to 13 persons engaged in military service out of the above mentioned officers; and
(iii) whether steps will be taken to grant housing loans to those 13 persons, too?
(b) If not, why?
