Hon. Bimal Rathnayake,— To ask the Minister of Finance,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of liquor outlets in the Mannar district as at 19.05.2009;
(ii) the addresses of the locations of such liquor outlets;
(iii) separately in respect of each year, the number of newly opened liquor outlets in the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015;
(iv) the addresses of their locations; and
(v) the per capita alcohol consumption in the Mannar district as of now?
(b) If not, why?
