Hon. T. Ranjith De Zoysa,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) separately, of the Local and the Foreign Indebtedness of Sri Lanka by now;
(ii) of the Total Indebtedness as a percentage to the National Income;
(iii) whether aforesaid percentage is lower or higher than the indebtedness that was prevailing in the year 2004; and
(iv) of the steps that the government proposes in order to settle aforesaid debts?
(b) Will he also inform this House of the amount of money allocated by the Ministry of National Policy and Economic Affairs, recently, to advertise on aforesaid indebtedness through electronic and print media?
(c) Will he further inform this House —
(i) separately, of the amount of money allocated for state and private television channels, for telecasting aforesaid advertisements;
(ii) separately, of the amount of money allocated for state and private radio channels; and
(iii) of the total amount of money allocated for daily and weekend newspapers?
(d) If not, why?

(ii) 2015 වසර අග වන විට මධ්යම රජයේ සමස්ත ණය ප්රමාණය දළ දේශීය නිෂ්පාදිතයෙහි ප්රතිශතයක් ලෙස සියයට 76.0ක් විය. එබැවින් 2015 වසර තුළදී ණය වාරික සහ පොලිය සඳහා රජය විසින් රුපියල් බිලියන 1,318ක් වැය කළ අතර, එය 2015 වසරේ රජයේ සමස්ත ආදායමෙන් ප්රතිශතයක් ලෙස සියයට 91ක් විය.
(iii) 2004 වර්ෂයේ මධ්යම රජයේ සමස්ත ණය ප්රමාණය දළ දේශීය නිෂ්පාදිතයෙහි ප්රතිශතයක් ලෙස සියයට 102.3ක් විය.
(ආ) 2005 වසරේදී සම්පූර්ණ රාජ්ය ණය ප්රමාණය රුපියල් බිලියන 2,222ක් වුණා. යුද්ධය අවසන් වන විට, එනම් 2009 වසර අවසාන වන විට, රාජ්ය ණය ප්රමාණය රුපියල් බිලියන 4,161ක් දක්වා වැඩි වී තිබුණා.
(ඇ) (i) රාජ්ය රූපවාහිනී මාධ්යයන්ට - රු.2,337,993.00 (රුපියල් විසිතුන්ලක්ෂ තිස්හත්දහස් නවසිය අනූතුනකි)
(ii) රාජ්ය ගුවන් විදුලි මාධ්යයන්ට - රු.339,660.00 (තුන්ලක්ෂ තිස්නවදහස් හයසිය හැටයි)
පෞද්ගලික ගුවන් විදුලි මාධ්යයන්ට - රු.2,830,500.00 (විසිඅටලක්ෂ තිස්දහස් පන්සියයි)
(iii) දිනපතා පුවත්පත් - රු.3,046,505.00 (තිස්ලක්ෂ හතළිස්හයදහස් පන්සිය පහයි)
සතිඅන්ත පුවත්පත් - රු.5,082,700.00 (පනස්ලක්ෂ අසූදෙදහස් හත්සියයයි)
