Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,— To ask the Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government,--
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that an account of the Provincial Council has been taken over for personal use by the Chief Minister of the Uva Province;
(ii) of the extent to which it complies with the existing Financial Regulations and the Provincial Council Regulations; and
(iii) on the steps that will be taken in relation to illegal or improper transaction, if any?
(b) If not, why?
