Hon. I. Charles Nirmalanathan,— To ask the Minister of Buddhasasana,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that a Buddhist temple is being constructed in an unauthorized manner on a land belonging to Mr. Thirughanasambandhar Maniwannadasar in Kokilai area of Mullaitivu District; and
(ii) whether action will be taken to immediately suspend the unauthorized construction of this temple which is subject to massive demonstration by the public?
(b) If not, why?
