Hon. Seyed Ali Zahir Moulana,— To ask the Minister of Education,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) whether recommendations have been made to send Mr. A.H. Samun who was serving as the Principal of A/Bamunugama Muslim Vidyalaya of Kekirawa Education Zone on retirement, going by a disciplinary order, taken in keeping with the Section 2:17 of Pensions Minutes (Ref. No. උමැප/අදෙ/07/2/001);
(ii) if so, from which date onwards; and
(iii) accordingly, whether his retirement gratuity and the pension will be paid?
(b) If not, why?
