Hon. R. Yogarajan,— To ask Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities,—
(a) Is he aware that construction of 4500 houses commenced in 2006, under the Mahinda Chintana Programme of constructing of 50000 houses in 3 years for Estate people, still remains incomplete?
(b) Will he inform this House whether the action will be taken to complete the construction of these houses within this year?
(c) If not, why?
