Hon. Bandula Gunawardana,— To ask the Minister of Finance,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether a report on the Pre-election Budgetary Position was presented, as required by section 19 of the Financial Management (Responsibilities) Act, No. 03 of 2003;
(ii) whether, the Secretary to the Ministry of Finance made a statement on the Pre-election Budgetary Position; and
(iii) if such a statement was made, the date on which and the manner in which it was made?
(b) If not, why?
