Hon. Bandula Gunawardana,— To ask the Minister of Finance,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether a Pre-Election Budgetary Position Report as per the section 16 of the Fiscal Management (Responsibility) Act No. 3 of 2003 was presented to this House;
(ii) if the orders under the above section 16 were not adhered to the reasons for that; and
(iii) the date on which the orders of the sub section (2) of the section 16 will be met?
(b) If not, why?
