(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether there are covert detention camps within Sri Lanka;
(ii) if so, of the information on the aforesaid camps;
(iii) of the detainees, detained in the aforesaid camps; and
(iv) of the information on the aforesaid detainees?
(b) If not, why?
