Hon. Gitanjana Gunawardena,— To ask the Minister of Lands,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) separately, the names and extents of the lands belonging to the Land Reforms Commission that are located in the Awissawella Electorate;
(ii) whether he agrees to the request made by people residing in the Halpewatta, Minwisithurugama village of the Padukka Divisional Secretariat Division that the ownership of the lands in which they reside be regularized; and
(iii) if so, the date on which deeds will be awarded for the aforesaid lands?
(b) Will he state —
(i) whether it has been proposed to distribute the 10 acre plot of land situated in the Dambora Grama Niladhari Division of the Padukka Divisional Secretariat Division belonging to the Awissawella Electorate among the people under the village expansion programme; and
(ii) if so, whether action will be taken to distribute the aforesaid land among the people of the area through a Land Kachcheri?
(c) If not, why?

(ආ) (i) ඔව්. (දඹෝර ග්රාම නිලධාරි වසමේ පිහිටි කොමිෂන් සභාව සතු ඉඩම අයර් වත්ත වේ.)
(ii) පියවර ගත නොහැක.
(ඇ) අයර් වත්ත ඉඩමෙන් අක්කර 10ක ප්රමාණයක් යුද්ධයේ දී ආබාධිත තත්ත්වයට පත්ව පුනරුත්ථාපනය ලබන පාබල යුද හමුදා සොල්දාදුවන් හට නේවාසිකව පුනරුත්ථාපනය කිරීම සඳහා රාජ්ය ආරක්ෂක අමාත්යාංශය ඉඩම් අත්පත් කර ගැනීමේ පනත යටතේ පවරා දීමට 2014.05.27 දින ඉඩම් ප්රතිසංස්කරණ කොමිෂන් සභාව විසින් අනුමත කර ඇත. ඒ අනුව ඉඩම් අමාත්යාංශය හා සම්බන්ධ වී ඉදිරි කාර්යන් සිදු කරන ලෙස 2014.07.02 වන දින රාජ්ය ආරක්ෂක අමාත්යාංශය වෙත දන්වා ඇති බැවින්, ප්රදේශයේ ජනතාව අතර මෙම ඉඩම බෙදා දීමට නොහැකි වී තිබේ.
