Hon. Achala Jagodage,— To ask the Minister of Water Supply & Drainage,—
(a) Will he inform this House of —
(i) the year in which the water scheme of the Kimbulawila Kanda Colony belonging to the 642 Galapatha East Grama Niladhari Division was started;
(ii) the bank which funded its implementation; and
(iii) the grant received for this purpose?
(b) Will he state —
(i) the number of families targeted for the provision of benefits by implementing this water scheme;
(ii) whether this project was unsuccessful; and
(iii) if so, the reasons for same?
(c) If not, why?
