4949/2014: KOLONNAWA OIL TERMINAL: OFFER TO INDIAN OIL COMPANY

Hon. Sujeewa Senasinghe,— To ask the Minister of Petroleum Industries,—

(a) Will he inform this House—

(i) whether a 2/3 of Kolonnawa Oil terminal that comes under Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPSTL) has been offered to the Indian Oil Company; and

(ii) whether the discussions are held to hand over the 80 acre land, which was taken over from the surrounding of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, situated in Kolonnawa, to the Indian Oil Company free of charge?

(b) If not, why?
