Hon. Sujeewa Senasinghe,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Buddha Sasana and Religious Affairs,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) whether the 3 ½ acre land belonging to the family of Mr. Ravi Wettasinghe, situated in Rajagiriya, was taken over by the Urban Development Authority;
(ii) if so, the basis on which the said land was acquired ;
(iii) whether taking over that land is legal;
(iv) the public purpose for which that land is being utilized after taking over the same; and
(v) the amount paid per perch when the said land was acquired?
(b) If not, why?
