Hon. Buddhika Pathirana,— To ask the Minister of Defence,—

(a) Will he state—

(i) whether he is aware that a special loan scheme by the name of 'Ranawiru Divi Neguma' was started to direct the disabled war heroes to engage in self-employments;

(ii) if so, the self employments for which loans will be granted under that loan scheme; and

(iii) the minimum and maximum amount granted as a loan to start a self-employment?

(b) Will he inform this House—

(i) of the procedure that should be followed to obtain a loan under the 'Ranaviru Divi Neguma' loan scheme; and

(ii) of the security and conditions for the loan along with the interest rates charged for the loan?

(අ) (i) ඔව්. ආරම්භ කර ඇත.

(ii) ඕනෑම ආදායම් උත්පාදක ව්‍යාපෘතියක් සඳහා මෙම ණය යෝජනා ක්‍රමය යටතේ ණය ලබා ගැනීමට හැකිය. (උදාහරණ:- සත්ව පාලනය, අත්කම් භාණ්ඩ නිෂ්පාදනය, කෘෂි කර්මාන්තය.)

(iii) අවම ණය මුදලක් නොමැත. උපරිම ණය මුදල රුපියල් 500,000.00/-කි. (රුපියල් ලක්ෂ පහකි.)

(ආ) (i) ආසන්නතම ප්‍රාදේශීය සංවර්ධන බැංකු ශාඛාව වෙතින් ණය ඉල්ලුම් පත්‍රයක් ලබා ගෙන, එය නියමිත පරිදි සම්පූර්ණ කර රණවිරු සේවා අධිකාරියේ පළාත් නිලධාරී වෙතින් සහතික කර නැවත එම බැංකුව වෙත භාර දිය යුතු වේ.

(ii) ඇප - පිළිගත හැකි සංසද සාමාජිකයින් දෙදෙනෙකුගේ පුද්ගල ඇප හෝ රජයේ සේවයේ නියුතු දෙදෙනෙකුගේ පුද්ගල ඇප

කොන්දේසි

(i) ආබාධිත/විශ්‍රාමික රණවිරුවකු හෝ මිය ගිය රණවිරුවකුගේ ළඟම ඥාතියකු වීම.

(ii) රණවිරු සංසදයක ලියා පදිංචි සාමාජිකයකු වීම.

(iii) රණවිරු සේවා අධිකාරියේ අදාළ පළාත් නිලධාරිගේ සහතිකය ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතු වීම.

(iv) ණය වාරිකය, ඉල්ලුම්කරුගේ වැටුපෙන් ගෙවීමට හැකි බවට සහතිකයක්.

පොලී අනුපාතය - වාර්ෂික පොලී අනුපාතය සියයට 7කි.

(ඇ) පැන නොනඟී.
