Hon. Nalin Bandara Jayamaha, — To ask the Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Management,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the number of families that were displaced due to the constructions of the Deduruoya Project;
(ii) whether compensation has been paid for all those families;
(iii) the total amount of money so paid as compensation;
(iv) whether there are displaced groups who did not get compensation so far; and
(v) of the reasons for not paying compensation to them?
(b) If not, why?
