Hon. Dunesh Gankanda,— To ask the Minister of Economic Development,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether a Director General of Janasabha has been appointed by the Ministry of Economic Development;
(ii) if so, of his name and educational qualifications; and
(iii) of the date on which that appointment was granted and the monthly salary, allowances and other privileges entitled to that post?
(b) Will he state—
(i) the number of Janasabhas currently operative in the country;
(ii) the composition of a Janasabha; and
(iii) the Grama Niladhari Divisions in which those Janasabhas operate?
(c) If not, why?
