Hon. Buddhika Pathirana;— To ask the Minister of Postal Services,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the date on which the telegramme service provided by the Postal Department and the Sri Lanka Telecom was terminated;
(ii) the alternative means of communication introduced in place of the said service;
(iii) the benefits that the public will receive through the new service; and
(iv) the date on which the new alternative means of communication was introduced?
(b) If not, why?
