Hon. Ajith P. Perera,— To ask the Minister of Investment Promotion,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the members of the Compensation Tribunal which has been appointed for the Revival of Under-performing Enterprises and Under-utilized Assets;
(ii) separately, of the salaries or the allowances so far obtained by each of the aforesaid members for the provision of their services;
(iii) prior to receiving the above posts, whether they have personally provided professional services on behalf of one or many of the institutions that have been taken over by the government under the Revival of Under-performing Enterprises and Under-utilized Assets Act No:43 of 2011; and
(iv) if so, of those occasions?
(b) If not, why ?
