Hon. Wasantha Aluwihare,— To ask the Minister of Industry and Commerce,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the number of factories in which the production activities are carried out ;
(ii) the number of factories that are being constructed ; and
(iii) the number of factories that have been proposed to be constructed ;
at the Nalanda Industrial Park in the Naula Divisional Secretariat Division in Matale;
(b) Will he inform this House of—
(i) the total extent of land set aside for the above mentioned industrial park ;
(ii) the maximum and minimum limits of the extent of the land allotted to each factory within the industrial park ;
(iii) separately, the extent of land allotted for each of the factories mentioned in (a) above;
(iv) the basis for that allocation ;
(v) the total extent of land that has been allotted for the project by now and the extent that remains unallotted ; and
(vi) the names of the factory owners who have already started their factories in it?
(c) Will he also inform this House—
(i) whether a possibility prevails to allocate lands for private use out of the land area of the industrial park premises in Nalanda ; and
(ii) if so, of the basis on which it is done?
(d) If not, why ?

(ආ) (i) කර්මාන්තපුරය සඳහා වෙන් කර ඇති සමස්ත භූමි ප්රමාණය අක්කර 24යි, රූඩ් 2යි, පර්චස් 32ක් වන අතර, කර්මාන්තශාලා සඳහා වෙන් කර ඇති සමස්ත භූමි ප්රමාණය අක්කර 19යි, පර්චස් 29කි.
(ii) ව්යාපෘතියේ මුළු ආයෝජනය, එහි ස්වභාවය සහ අවශ්යතාව අනුව කර්මාන්තශාලාවකට ලබා දෙන භූමි ප්රමාණය තීරණය වේ.
(iii)
ඉහත කර්මාන්තවලට අමතරව ආහාර පාන සැපයීම සම්බන්ධ සේවා සඳහා සුජානි රෙස්ට් ආයතනය (එම්.එස්. සෙනෙවිරත්න මහත්මිය) වෙත පර්චස් 40ක බිම් ප්රමාණයක් වෙන් කර ඇත.
(iv) උත්පාදනය වන රැකියා ප්රමාණය, මුළු ආයෝජනය හා කර්මාන්තයේ ස්වභාවය සලකා බලමින් කර්මාන්තශාලාව සඳහා අවශ්ය වන අවම ඉඩම් ප්රමාණය තීරණය කිරීම, 1990 අංක 46 දරන කර්මාන්ත ප්රවර්ධන පනතේ විධිවිධාන අනුව පිහිටුවා ඇති ප්රාදේශීය කර්මාන්ත සේවා කමිටු නිර්දේශය මත අමාත්යාංශයීය කමිටුවක් මඟින් තීරණය කරනු ලැබේ. අනතුරුව අමාත්ය මණ්ඩල සංදේශයක් මඟින් ඉඩම වෙන් කිරීමට අනුමැතිය ලබා ගනු ලැබේ.
(v) මේ වන විට ව්යාපෘතීන් සඳහා වෙන් කර ඇති මුළු ඉඩම් ප්රමාණය අක්කර 14යි, පර්චස් 150ක් වන අතර, ව්යාපෘති සඳහා වෙන් කළ හැකි ඉතිරිව ඇති ඉඩම් ප්රමාණය අක්කර 4යි, පර්චස් 39කි.
(vi) නිෂ්පාදන කටයුතු ආරම්භ කර ඇති කර්මාන්තශාලා හිමියන්ගේ නම්
(ඇ) (i) නැත.
(ii) අදාළ නොවේ.
(ඈ) පැන නොනඟී.
