Hon. Buddhika Pathirana,— To ask the Minister of Higher Education,—
(a) Is he aware that—
(i) four batches of students were enrolled at University of Peradeniya during the period from the years 2008-2011 to follow the Bachelor of Business Administration Degree;
(ii) a separate Faculty for Management Studies has not been established for these students so far; and
(iii) the number of students who are enrolled to do the aforesaid degree was reduced to 50 in the year 2012 ?
(b) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether a separate building is being constructed at present for a Management Faculty in University of Peradeniya; and
(ii) if so, whether action will be taken to complete the construction work of the aforesaid building expeditiously ?
(c) If not, why ?

(ii) ශ්රී ලංකාවේ විශ්වවිද්යාල තුළ කළමනාකරණ පීඨ මෙන්ම කෘෂිකර්ම පීඨ ද අවශ්ය ප්රමාණයට වඩා වැඩි වුවද පේරාදෙණිය විශ්වවිද්යාලය තුළ නව කළමනාකරණ පීඨයක් ස්ථාපිත කිරීමට අවශ්ය පියවර ගනිමින් සිටී.
(iii) නැත.
(ආ) (i) ඔව්.
(ii) නියමිත කාල වකවානුව තුළ දී අවසන් කිරීමට අවශ්ය කටයුතු යොදා ඇත.
(ඇ) පැන නොනඟී.
