Hon. (Mrs.) M.A.C.S. Chathuri Gangani,—To ask the Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government,— (1)
(a) Will he state —
(i) whether he is aware that the examinations of the Government Management Service were held in 2019 and 2024;
(ii) the cut-off marks of each of those examinations, separately;
(iii) the base date for taking the count on the number of vacancies for the examination held in 2019;
(iv) the associated number of vacancies;
(v) the cut-off mark of the Government Management Service (Limited) Examination held in 2019;
(vi) whether the applicants who have obtained more than 100 marks at that examination have been recruited by now;
(vii) the number of rounds in which they were recruited; and
(viii) the manner in which the applicants remaining after the first round were recruited?
(b) Will he also state —
(i) the cut-off mark of the Government Management Service (Limited) Examination held in 2024;
(ii) the number of applicants who have passed the examination concerned;
(iii) out of the applicants who have passed the examination concerned, the number of those who have been recruited by now; and
(iv) whether the applicants who have obtained more than 100 marks at 2024 examination will also be recruited, given that the applicants who obtained more than 100 marks at the 2019 examination have been recruited?
(c) If not, why?
