Hon. Nishantha Perera,—To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and Irrigation,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether the Land Reform Commission has granted lands to individuals for the establishment of factories in the Galle District;
(ii) if so, of the number of factories established on those lands upto now, in each Divisional Secretariat Division, separately; and
(iii) of the methodology followed in granting the lands referred to above?
(b) If not, why?
