Hon. M.S. Uthumalebbe,— To ask the Minister of Health and Mass Media,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware that 3081 registered substitute workers serve in the Department of Posts;
(ii) of their respective duration of service;
(iii) whether steps been taken to appoint them to fill the vacancies existing in the Department of Posts;
(iv) whether steps have been taken to fill the vacancies existing for registered substitute workers in the Department of Posts; and
(v) if so, of those steps?
(b) If not, why?
