Hon. Mujibur Rahman,— To ask the Minister of Justice and National Integration,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the functions assigned to the Government Analyst’s Department;
(ii) of the number of vacancies available in aforesaid department at present;
(iii) whether he accepts that many court cases are delayed due to non-receipt of analyst’s reports in time;
(iv) if so, of the measures that will be taken to issue analyst’s reports on time?
(b) If not, why?
