Hon. Hector Appuhamy,—To ask the Minister of Energy,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he accepts that the Ceylon Electricity Board, which has become a huge burden of expenditure to the tax-payer population, the Treasury and the State Banks, should be restructured; and
(ii) if so, of the methodology to be adopted for such restructuring?
(b) If not, why?
