Hon. (Dr.) Kavinda Heshan Jayawardhana,—To ask the Minister of Energy,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware that the Ceylon Electricity Board had decided to impose an island-wide power cut in Sri Lanka on 10.02.2025;
(ii) of the reasons for such a decision; and
(iii) of the measures that will be taken to provide continuous power supply without interruptions?
(b) If not, why?
