Hon. S.M. Marikkar,—To ask the Minister of Energy,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House of the —
(i) salary entitlement for the positions of the Chairman and the Managing Director of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation as at 2023, separately;
(ii) salary entitlement for those positions as at today, separately;
(iii) other allowances, apart from the salary, that are entitled to the positions concerned, separately; and
(iv) such other allowances as at 2023 and as at today, separately?
(b) Will he also inform this House —
(i) whether salaries for above positions are provided separately by the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation and the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd.;
(ii) if so, of the salary that is provided by each institution, separately;
(iii) of the amounts paid to the Chairman, the Managing Director and other Directors for participating in Director Board Meetings, separately; and
(iv) of the salaries and monthly allowances paid to each of the other Directors, separately?
(c) If not, why?
