Hon. S.M. Marikkar,—To ask the Minister of Urban Development, Construction and Housing,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the projects that are left without being implemented so far, out of the projects planned for flood control within the Kolannawa Divisional Secretariat Division;
(ii) whether plans have been made for implementing them; and
(iii) if so, of the timeframe for implementing the project, how funds are to be found and of the implementing agency, separately in respect of each such project?
(b) If not, why?
