(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether an urban development plan has been formulated for the Kolonnawa Divisional Secretariat Division;
(ii) if so, what that plan is; and
(iii) of the timeframe according to which the plan concerned is expected to be implemented?
(b) If not, why?
