(a) Will he inform this House of the —
(i) number of prisons existing in Sri Lanka at present;
(ii) names of those prisons;
(iii) number of prisoners detained in each of those prisons at present, separately; and
(iv) steps that will be taken to reduce congestion prevailing in those prisons?
(b) If not, why?
