Hon. Shanakiyan Rajaputhiran Rasamanickam,—To ask the Minister of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware that there are drainage systems in the area from Thureineelawanei to Kurukkalmadam located in the Manmunei South, Eruvilpattu Divisional Secretariat Division of Batticaloa district, that need be constructed anew and repaired; and
(ii) if so, whether necessary steps will be taken to address this issue?
(b) If not, why?
