Hon. Dewananda Suraweera,—To ask the Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware that it has been decided to close down the organization named Maganeguma;
(ii) if so, whether he will submit a list of movable and immovable property owned by the institute;
(iii) whether any legal action has been filed against that organization;
(iv) whether a case bearing no. HC (CIVIL) 32/2023/CO is being maintained by that organization; and
(v) of the amount which has been paid in respect of the above case as of now?
(b) If not, why?
