Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education,— (1)
(a) Will she inform this House of the —
(i) number of commissions appointed so far to investigate the Easter Sunday attack that took place in Sri Lanka;
(ii) names of the members appointed to each of the commissions concerned, separately;
(iii) recommendations made by each of those commissions, separately; and
(iv) measures that have been taken so far to implement those recommendations?
(b) If not, why?
