Hon. Asanka Navarathna,— To ask the Minister of Health,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the number of government hospitals in Kurunegala district; and
(ii) of the names of aforesaid hospitals?
(b) Will he also inform this House separately—
(i) of the number of employees currently working in each of the aforesaid hospitals;
(ii) of the current number of vacancies in the positions of doctors, nurses and junior staff in each hospital;
(iii) of the number of doctors, nurses and junior staff employees who have taken foreign and local leave in each of the aforesaid hospitals from 2020 to 2023;
(iv) of the number of doctors, nurses and junior staff employees who have retired during the aforesaid period?
(c) If not, why?
