Hon. Hector Appuhamy,— To ask the Minister of Justice, Prisons Affairs and Constitutional Reforms,—
(a) Will he inform this House of—
(i) the date on which the Supreme Court has given its ruling on the failure to take appropriate measures to prevent the Easter Sunday attack;
(ii) the name, address and position of each individual who has been found guilty in terms of the ruling;
(iii) the ruling given by the Supreme Court regarding each such person separately; and
(iv) the measures that have been taken as of yet to implement the court ruling?
(b) If not, why?
