Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara,— To ask the Minister of Higher Education,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) if the security officers who were in charge of security activities in the universities, before such security activities were assigned to Rakna Lanka Security Company had been deployed for a contracted period, the date on which such period of service should have been terminated;
(ii) if they were removed before the aforesaid date, the reasons for same; and
(iii) the measures that are to be taken by the government regarding the provision of relief to the families of the above mentioned security officers who are in severe difficulty having lost their jobs before the contracted period ?
(b) If not, why ?

(ii) 2011.09.02 දින අමාත්ය මණ්ඩල තීරණය මඟින් විශ්වවිද්යාලවල ආරක්ෂක කටයුතු රක්නා ලංකා ආරක්ෂක සමාගමට සහ සීමාසහිත එල්ආර්ඩීසී සමාගමට පැවරීම සඳහා කටයුතු යෙදීම.
(iii) අදාළ ගිවිසුම් අනුව පූර්ව දැනුම් දීමකින් පසු දෙපාර්ශ්වයේ එකඟතාව අනුව සේවය අවසන් කිරීම කළ හැකිය. ඒ අනුව ගැටලුවක් පැන නොනඟී. කලින් ගත්ත සමාගම්වලට ඒ අනුව පූර්ව දැනුම් දීමක් කර තිබෙනවා.
(ආ) පැන නොනඟී.
