Hon. Ajith Mannapperuma,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government,—
(a) Is he aware of the fact that—
(i) Vijaya Kumaranatunga public ground in Peliyagoda is coming under the purview of the Municipal Council of Peliyagoda; and
(ii) the iron gates of the aforesaid public ground have been sold for scrap?
(b) Will he inform this House—
(i) the names of the persons who have been alleged of the above incident; and
(ii) what legal actions have been taken against them so far?
(c) If not, why?
