2201/2012: CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES IN KALUTARA DISTRICT : DETAILS

Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities,—

(a) Will he state—

(i) the number of houses built in Kalutara District by the Ministry in the year 2011;

(ii) the number of houses expected to be constructed in the years 2012, 2013 and 2014; and

(iii) the amount of money allocated for the aforesaid constructions of houses?

(b) Will he also state—

(i) whether the newly built houses are given free;

(ii) if not, the price at which those hoses are sold or rented; and

(iii) the basis on which those houses are allocated?

(ආ) (i) නැත.

(ii) අළෙවි කිරීමක් හෝ කුලියට දීමක් සිදු වන්නේ නැත.

(iii) නිවසක් ඉදි කර ගැනීමේ අවශ්‍යතාවක් ඇති, ඉඩමක් සහිත පුද්ගලයන් සඳහා නිවාස ආධාර හා නිවාස ණය මුදල් ලබා දීම මඟින් මෙම නිවාස සංවර්ධනය සිදු වී ඇත. එබැවින් වෙනත් පාර්ශ්වයකට අළෙවි කිරීමක් හෝ කුලියට දීමක් සිදු නොවේ.
