Hon. Samanpriya Herath,— To ask the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the damage caused by the protesters to the Galle Face Green;
(ii) whether measures will be taken to recover the aforesaid loss;
(iii) if so, of the methodology that would be adopted for recovering the loss; and
(iv) whether legal action would be taken against the persons responsible for the above damage?
(b) If not, why?
